Location: St. Mark’s Catholic School – 7503 W. Northview St., Boise, Idaho
Schedule: Full-time, 42-week position. This role follows the academic year with required work weeks before the school year begins and after the school year concludes. Occasional evening or weekend hours may be required for school events.
Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive School Office Administrator to support the daily operations of our school. This position serves as a central hub of communication and coordination, ensuring efficient office systems, clear communication, and effective support for students, families, and staff.

Key Responsibilities
- Support daily school office operations and serve as a welcoming point of contact for families and visitors
- Maintain accurate student information and records
- Coordinate and share schoolwide communications across multiple platforms, including social media platforms.
- Organize and maintain school documentation and administrative systems
- Assist with scheduling, facility coordination, and operational logistics
- Provide basic student support as needed
- Support school safety procedures and internal communication systems
- Contribute to the smooth and professional operation of the school office

Compensation
Salary is commensurate with experience.
